Bill is a UK citizen, living in South Wales with agricultural and property based business interests. In 2003, Bill was involved in the formation of a farming company made up of a group of international investors, this company has subsequently invested in agricultural projects in the US, NZ and Argentina. He is currently a director of OMSCo, the largest organic milk cooperative in the UK.
Bill's property business interests involve investments in the UK, US, Sweden and Lithuania. He has been involved in property investment since 1999, which includes the setting up and subsequent management of a commercial property investment company in 2002.
Along with Nigel Evans and Huw Evans, Bill was instrumental in the formation of Evanridge Properties in 2005 and his wide ranging business experience is a great asset to Evanridge Properties LLP.
Huw is a UK citizen, living in South Wales with business interests in a number of property companies. Huw graduated from the University of London in 1978 receiving a B.A. in Philosophy and AKC in Theology. Following graduation, Huw joined H M Inland Revenue as an Inspector of Taxes rising to Inspector Principal holding a number of posts in Central London dealing with large corporate taxation.
From 1987 to 1993, Huw worked as Taxation manager with KPMG in Cardiff rising to Senior manager in charge of the Taxation consultancy department focused on large transaction work. In 1994, Huw became a partner with Bevan & Buckland Chartered Accountants, establishing a Tax consultancy department dealing with tax planning and transaction work, a large part of which involved advising on property based issues.
In 2004, Huw left Bevan and Buckland to focus on the operation of his property interests, which included the formation of Evanridge Properties; his expertise in tax efficient structures and property investment was of great value in the subsequent launch of Evanridge Swedish Property LLP.
Nigel is a UK citizen, living in South Wales with both agricultural and property based business interests. He has 30 years of business experience and has been involved in the property investment business since 1998.
Nigel has a number of residential and commercial property investments in the UK and Sweden as well as being involved in two development projects in Lithuania. He was involved in the setting up and subsequent management of a commercial property investment company in 2002 and in the setting up and management of a residential investment and development company in 2003.
In 2004, Nigel commenced the research, which along with Huw Evans and Bill Ridge's involvement led to the formation of Evanridge Properties in 2005 and the subsequent launch of the Evanridge Swedish Property LLP investment fund in late 2005. Nigel's extensive research and breadth of vision provides the strategic focus for the rapidly expanding business of Evanridge.
Having graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia with a B. Agr. Sc, Bryony moved to Tasmania and worked within dairy industry development before joining Golden Vale (now Kerry Group) in Co. Cork, Ireland in 1998. As head of Golden Vale's supplier advisory program, Bryony was involved in developing the client base for consultancy services focusing upon operational improvement, financial benchmarking, and individual business and succession planning.
In 2002, Bryony set up her own consultancy business in order to meet the demand for more in-depth financial analysis and projections, focusing upon strategic business growth through expansion and diversification. Over the next six years, the development of dedicated client relationships in Ireland, France, the UK and the US provided exposure to commercial and residential property investment, as well as several agricultural and non-agricultural business ventures. Bryony has recently completed an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School in the UK, and brings an extensive business network as well as a wide range of skills to Evanridge Properties LLP, which she joined in Autumn 2008. Bryony holds dual Irish and Australian citizenships, has property interests in Australia and lives in Wiltshire, UK.
